The invention provides a task scheduling and resource allocation method and system, and the method comprises the steps: judging whether every two tasks should be deployed to the same node or not based on the dependency relationship between every two tasks in a workflow; determining the affinity between each task and each node based on the allocation quantity of each type of resources requested by each task and the resource quantity of each type of resources provided by each node; determining a node having the maximum affinity with each task, and further determining an initial mapping relationship between each task and each node; adjusting the initial mapping relation matrix of the tasks and the nodes on the basis of whether every two tasks need to be deployed to the same node or not, and scheduling the tasks to the corresponding nodes on the basis of the adjusted mapping relation matrix.
