Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for determining the content of cadmium in zirconium or zirconium alloy by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, which comprises the following steps: dissolving a zirconium or zirconium alloy sample by hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid, masking zirconium element by triammonium citrate, adjusting the pH value to 9-10 by ammonia water, extracting and separating cadmium by dithizone-trichloromethane, and measuring the content of cadmium in the zirconium or zirconium alloy by using an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method. Perchloric acid is added into the obtained cadmium-containing organic phase for smoking, hydrochloric acid is adopted for dissolution, and an analysis test solution is obtained for determination through inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
