Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a rapid detection method based on near infrared spectroscopy, and relates to the technical field of milk wine detection.The rapid detection method comprises the following steps that a kumiss sample to be detected is selected; modeling data are collected; determining near infrared spectrum acquisition parameters; scanning a sample background; taking a to-be-detected sample, and scanning to obtain a spectrum; determining an evaluation criterion of the quantitative analysis model; establishing a model by adopting a partial least square method, and detecting the accuracy; determining the alcoholic strength, total sugar and total acid of the sample through the model; and outputting the measured value of the sample. According to the method, food professional knowledge and near-infrared nondestructive testing equipment are combined, and a near-infrared rapid quantitative detection model for the alcohol content, the total acid and the total sugar of the kumiss is established by applying a part
