The invention relates to a novel controllable electronic thermostat structure. The device comprises a main shell, the main shell is provided with a cavity, the main shell comprises a top opening end, a liquid inlet formed along the side portion, a first liquid outlet and a second liquid outlet, and the first liquid outlet and the second liquid outlet are oppositely formed; the middle shell is connected to the top opening end of the main shell; the valve element assembly is arranged in the middle shell and comprises a valve element extending into the cavity, and the valve element is provided with a valve element opening; the driving assembly is arranged in the middle shell and used for driving the valve element to rotate along the axis of the valve element, and the valve element is limited through the middle shell when rotating; when the valve element rotates, the valve element opening keeps communicating with the liquid inlet, one of the first liquid outlet and the second liquid outlet can be communicated thr
