Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a primer for identifying the genetic relationship of hydrilla verticillata through a microsatellite marker and an identification method, aiming at the problems that the breeding of crabs is further influenced due to rapid degradation of genetic diversity, reduction of excellent characters, slowing of growth speed, reduction of individuals and the like caused by expansion of artificial breeding of hydrilla verticillata, and provides the primer and the identification method for identifying the genetic relationship of hydrilla verticillata through the microsatellite marker. High-quality hydrilla verticillata is screened by identifying the genetic relationship with a high-quality hydrilla verticillata population, so that the problem is solved. The primers are five groups of dual PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) microsatellite primers and comprise nucleotides as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1-20; the primer is used for performing PCR amplification on DNA of hydrilla verticillata samples of which the g
