Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses application of a rice gene HL6 in regulating and controlling the content of diterpenoid phytoalexin and enhancing disease resistance, the expression of HL6 protein is destroyed by knocking out the rice gene HL6 (the nucleotide sequence is as shown in SEQ ID NO.1), the expression level of diterpenoid phytoalexin synthetic genes (OsCPS2, OsKSL7, OsCPS4 and OsKSL4) in rice after the HL6 gene is knocked out is remarkably increased, and the disease resistance of the rice gene HL6 is enhanced. The content of diterpenoid phytoalexin such as rice husk ketone, rice leaf element and plant caraben is obviously increased, so that the disease resistance of the rice is improved.
