The sheath material comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of special polyethylene resin, 30-50 parts of polyolefin resin, 2.0-5.0 parts of a lubricant, 0.50-1.0 part of an antioxidant, 20-40 parts of superfine conductive carbon black and 2-5 parts of a dispersant. According to the invention, polyethylene and polyolefin resin with excellent performance are used as base materials, the material has very good extrusion processing performance, and the prepared sheath material has excellent conductivity, high hardness, good wear resistance, complete environmental protection, fine extrusion surface, very good mechanical properties and cracking resistance, is comparable with the hardness of Australian-standard high-density polyethylene sheaths, and can be widely applied to the field of high-density polyethylene sheaths.
