Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides compositions comprising a trispecific and/or trivalent binding protein comprising four polypeptide chains forming three antigen binding sites that specifically bind to one or more HIV target proteins or one or more T cell receptors, wherein the first pair of polypeptides forming the binding protein has a dual variable domain with a cross-over orientation, and wherein the second pair of polypeptides forming the binding protein has a single variable domain.
