Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of synthesis and utilization of small molecular compounds, and provides 2-amino-6-[(4-hydroxy-1-oxypentyl) amino] hexanoic acid as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: taking gamma-valerolactone and lysine as reaction raw materials, reacting for 5-24 hours under the condition of 80-120 DEG C, cooling to room temperature after the reaction is finished, and performing solid-liquid centrifugal separation and solid purification to obtain the 2-amino-6-[(4-hydroxy-1-oxyamyl) amino] hexanoic acid. Gamma-valerolactone is a solvent and a reactant, 2-amino-6-[(4-hydroxy-1-oxopentyl) amino] hexanoic acid is synthesized through a one-step reaction, and the method has the advantages of being simple in preparation process, convenient to operate, environmentally friendly in preparation process and the like. The amido group of the prepared product is hydrolyzed by enzyme or alkali to generate lysine and 4-hydroxyvaleric a
