Batching and balling system and method for on-line detection of rock wool produced from red mud

The invention discloses an online detection batching and balling system and method for producing rock wool from red mud. The system comprises a red mud bin system, a main material conveying belt system, a crushing and mixing system, a batching bin system, a mixing device, a balling system and a main control system. Red mud parameters of the red mud ingredient ball block production line can be detected on line in real time, and ingredient parameters are changed along with fluctuation of the red mud parameters at any time to reach ingredient parameter standard values of the red mud ingredient ball blocks. The batching and pelletizing control system comprises the steps that red mud component online analysis and automatic batching are conducted, ingredient online detection information obtained after batching is fed back to the main control computer, the main control computer compares fed-back parameter information with standard parameter information stored in a computer, and if errors exist, the batching and pell
