A positioning hole is formed in the other side wall of the assembling groove; one end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the mounting hole and the pedal arm and then is matched in the positioning hole, and the other end is matched in the mounting hole; the end, extending into the mounting hole, of the rotating shaft is connected with a magnet, a containing groove is formed in the other side of the mounting base in the width direction, a circuit board is installed in the containing groove, the circuit board is connected with a sensing element for
