Elastic sheet with adhesive layer and flexible display device using same

The present disclosure addresses the problem of providing an adhesive layer-equipped elastic sheet capable of suppressing the occurrence of wrinkles in a bending section for bending such as a display having a very small bending radius. An elastic sheet (1) with an adhesive layer is provided with: an elastic body layer (2) having a tensile elastic modulus at 20 DEG C of 80 MPa or more but less than 1500 MPa and a tensile elastic modulus at 85 DEG C of 40 MPa or more but less than 1000 MPa; and an adhesive layer (3) that overlaps the elastic body layer (2). The thickness of the adhesive layer (3) is 2 [mu] m or more and 15 [mu] m or less.
