The processor may be configured to receive information related to emission fluorescence and/or backscattered light; determining an oral condition of the oral cavity based on the received information relating to the emitted fluorescence and/or backscattered light; determining an ingredient for an oral condition expected to improve the oral cavity; and causing identification information of the ingredient to be transmitted.
