Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an energy storage peak regulation planning method and system considering time-space characteristics of users in a base station area. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a main equipment power consumption model of a base station; according to the main equipment power consumption model, dividing battery energy storage considering time-space characteristics of users in a base station area, determining a schedulable operation state of the users in the base station in each time period, and adjusting the schedulable operation state based on wave crest and wave trough conditions of a power grid and real-time electricity price, obtaining the actual operation state of the base station in each time period; according to the actual operation state of the base station in each time period, establishing a multi-target optimization scheduling model with optimal peak regulation performance and minimum operation cost of a communication base station system; and solving the multi-target
