The embodiment of the invention provides a dynamically-configured assessment and evaluation report method and system, and the method comprises the steps: configuring information needing to be filled and reported, assembling the information needing to be filled and reported, constructing a template of the information needing to be filled and reported, binding the assembled template of the information needing to be filled and reported with a corresponding responsibility subject, and transmitting the template to the corresponding responsibility subject; obtaining a filling information template filled by the corresponding responsibility subject, automatically scoring the filled filling information template according to a scoring rule, uploading a scoring result to a superior department to evaluate the scoring result, and performing assessment ranking according to the evaluation result; and based on the assessment ranking result and the filled information template, an assessment report is automatically generated a
