Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a BESO-based variable density lattice structure design method, and relates to the technical field of lattice structure design. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, establishing an initial three-dimensional structure finite element model of a solid structure to be optimized, and setting an initial design domain and optimization parameters of an optimization part; dividing finite element grids for the initial three-dimensional structure, and applying boundary conditions and load conditions; calculating an evolution step length of a design variable in an optimization process; calculating the sensitivity and objective function of each grid unit, and performing sensitivity filtering; and finally, adding and deleting the grid units according to the evolution step length of the design variable to obtain an optimal variable density lattice structure.
