The invention provides a vehicle test data processing method and system based on digital twinning, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the alignment of actual test data and simulation test data based on a generated timestamp, obtaining a test data pair corresponding to each sensor identifier, and taking the generated timestamp as a value of a main key column, obtaining a test record corresponding to the storage moment by taking the test data pair corresponding to each sensor identifier as a value of a non-primary key column; storing each test record in a distributed storage file corresponding to the distributed data storage system in a row type storage form and a column type storage form respectively; and when a real-time data display request is obtained, obtaining corresponding data from a row type distributed storage file corresponding to the row type storage form based on the target generation timestamp, and when a data analysis request is obtained, obtaining corresponding data from a distribu
