Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a super-hydrophilic electrolytic cell diaphragm material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pretreating a fiber material in an organic solvent; performing low-temperature plasma treatment on the pretreated fiber material; soaking the fiber material subjected to low-temperature plasma treatment in a TBT ethanol solution for ultrasonic treatment, and drying to obtain a fiber material deposited with a titanium dioxide precursor; and soaking the fiber material deposited with the titanium dioxide precursor in heated deionized water for hydrolysis, and washing and drying the hydrolyzed fiber material to obtain the super-hydrophilic electrolytic cell diaphragm material. The invention also discloses the electrolytic cell diaphragm material prepared by the preparation method.
