Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of membrane material preparation and organic electrochemical synthesis thereof, and provides preparation and application of an oxidation reaction catalyst of a bimetallic supported substrate titanium membrane. The CoMoOx/Ti electro-catalytic membrane electrode is prepared by a simple hydrothermal synthesis method. A CoMoOx/Ti electro-catalysis membrane electrode is used as an anode to construct an electro-catalysis membrane reactor, the electro-catalysis membrane reactor is applied to benzyl alcohol oxidation, and under certain current density, benzyl alcohol can be rapidly catalytically oxidized in a short time (the retention time is 20 min) to prepare benzaldehyde and benzoic acid. In a benzyl alcohol catalytic oxidation reaction, the selectivity of benzaldehyde is 9.2%, and the selectivity of benzoic acid is 90%, so that the CoMoOx catalyst can be widely applied to the related fields of electro-catalysis.
