Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticum absolute quantitative PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) detection kit and method, three plasmid standard substances are constructed aiming at the Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticum with 5 copies of nrdB genes, the amplification efficiency of the plasmid standard substance pnrdB83 is found to be closest to 100% through comparison, the fluctuation is minimum and the stability is strongest in two repeated tests, and the detection result shows that the amplification efficiency of the plasmid standard substance pnrdB83 is closest to 100%.
