High-definition nanocellulose/resin composite film and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a high-definition nanocellulose/resin composite film and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that a cellulose nanofiber suspension is subjected to plate-frame pressure filtration to obtain a hydrogel filter cake, the hydrogel filter cake is soaked in an organic solution for solvent exchange, and an organic gel filter cake is obtained; immersing the organic gel filter cake into a thermosetting resin solution, standing and diffusing to obtain a prepreg; preheating the prepreg, and immersing the prepreg in a thermosetting resin solution for surface gap filling to obtain a semi-finished product; and performing high-temperature curing on the semi-finished product to obtain the nanocellulose/resin composite film. The haze of the composite film composed of hydrophilic and hydrophobic components is reduced through an interface engineering strategy by utilizing a heat-assisted surface gap filling process, and a new technical path is provided for obtaining the
