Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a device and method for preventing an aircraft from excessively sinking in a full-aircraft drop test. The device comprises a main body supporting structure and a suspension type energy absorption mechanism connected to the main body supporting structure. The main body supporting structure comprises a main body supporting base, and a plurality of main body supporting stand columns and a main body supporting top plate are fixedly arranged at the top of the main body supporting base; the suspension type energy absorption mechanism comprises a plurality of suspension supporting mooring ropes fixed to the lower side of the main body supporting top plate, energy absorption mechanism containing cylinders with downward openings are fixedly arranged at the lower ends of the suspension supporting mooring ropes, energy absorption supporting sliding columns are arranged in the energy absorption mechanism containing cylinders in a sliding fit mode, and the energy absorption supporting sliding colum
