The invention relates to a flexible intelligent carrying system which comprises a frame mechanism, a horizontal driving component, a vertical driving component, an automatic gripper and a 3D vision device. The position of a to-be-taken workpiece is determined through 3D visual photographing and fed back to the servo driving system; the servo driving system walks to a workpiece taking and placing position according to the received workpiece position information; the horizontal driving part is driven through meshing of a gear and a rack, the vertical driving part drives the automatic gripper to walk to the position of a workpiece to be taken, and the automatic gripper is opened to take out the workpiece; the servo driving system takes out the workpiece and places the workpiece to a workpiece unloading position; the vertical driving part drives to return to the original position, the horizontal driving part drives to walk to the workpiece discharging position, the vertical driving part drives the automatic gripp
