Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an automatic DOC assembling and welding device. The device comprises a mounting bottom plate, a right sliding rail and a left sliding rail, the left sliding rail is in sliding connection with a first connecting mechanism, the right sliding rail is in sliding connection with a second connecting mechanism, the first connecting mechanism is connected with a third pre-in-place wrench used for driving the first connecting mechanism to move on the left sliding rail, and the second connecting mechanism is connected with a second pre-in-place wrench used for driving the second connecting mechanism to move on the right sliding rail. A left positioning disc used for being attached to the end face of the connecting cylinder is fixed to the first connecting mechanism, the second connecting mechanism is connected with a first pre-in-place wrench and a return wrench which are used for driving the second connecting mechanism to move on the right sliding rail, and a right positioning disc used for bei
