PARTICLE BEAM MODULATION SYSTEM AND METHOD

A particle beam modulation system and method are disclosed. The proposed systems and methods enable efficient and effective radiation treatment planning and treatment, including accurate and convenient transmission of radiation towards tissue targets. In one embodiment, a workflow for applying an irradiation scheme including multiple steps is utilized to provide modulation of a particle beam.
