Quick release bipod adapter plate

This disclosure describes systems, methods, and apparatus for an adapter for quick release between two tripod/bipod/monopod interfaces, wherein the gripping side of the adapter is configured to grip to two different types of interfaces or tracks, such as Arca and Picatiny/Wafer/NATO.
