The invention relates to a method and a device for realizing coding and decoding and a transmission protocol of a multi-channel AVT image, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring real-time image data of an AVT camera interface, encoding the real-time image data into a data format based on a BT656 protocol based on an NS2520 chip, receiving the real-time image data of which the data format is based on the BT656 protocol based on an NS2521 chip, and decoding the real-time image data; performing image format conversion processing on the decoded real-time image data, and extracting effective data in the real-time image data; and writing the valid data into a double-rate synchronous dynamic random access memory DDR through a video memory VDMA, so that a PC end can read the valid data in the DDR through PCIE (Peripheral Component Interface Express). According to the invention, a set of complete real-time image acquisition and transmission system is constructed,
