The method comprises the following steps: S1, calculating sun position parameters at each moment from sunrise to sunset; s2, reading spatial position data of all surface units of the bridge structure; s3, performing preliminary screening to obtain a surface unit on a sunny side in the bridge structure; s4, storing the preliminarily screened surface units into a to-be-identified sunlight unit array; s5, identifying and screening out surface units shielded by self parts on the sunny side of the bridge structure; s6, performing parallel ray tracing on different block structures to obtain a shadow unit array file; and S7, identifying and obtaining a sunlight shadow area in the bridge structure.
