The method comprises the following steps: S1, calculating positive carbon emission generated by annual electric energy, gas energy and heat energy of the office park, the total amount of office waste generated every year in the office park, the total amount of green plant planting in the office park and the total amount of annual clean energy power generation in the office park; s2, calculating the annual positive carbon emission CP + of the office park; s3, calculating the annual negative carbon emission CP of the office park; s4, constructing an annual total carbon emission function model of the park by applying the STIRPAT model and combining the annual positive carbon emission CP + and the annual negative carbon emission CP-of the office park; s5, solving the park annual total carbon emission function model constructed in the step S4 by utilizing MATLAB through a ridge regression algorithm to obtain the annual total carbon emi
