Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a rapid modeling method for a BIM operation and maintenance model, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, receiving a BIM construction model, and carrying out the rechecking of the BIM construction model; s2, carrying out model lightweight processing on the BIM construction model; s3, performing incremental processing on the BIM construction model after lightweight processing according to operation and maintenance requirements; and S4, binding dynamic and static data and unique codes required by each component in the BIM construction model processed in the step S3 based on operation and maintenance information editor software to form a BIM operation and maintenance model consistent with the entity engineering.
