The method comprises the following steps: receiving target data sent by a micro-control unit through a first data bus; backing up the target data to at least two plug-in memories associated with the data backup unit through a second data bus, and obtaining backup results of the plug-in memories on the target data; wherein the transceiving rate of the second data bus is at least twice that of the first data bus; and if a fault memory of which the backup result is inconsistent with the target data exists in the plug-in memories, generating a fault backup message of the target data, and feeding back the fault backup message to the micro-control unit.
