Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for simultaneously determining 144 steroid hormones in an environmental sample through liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Mass spectrometry parameters of the 144 steroid hormones are established and optimized, optimal mass spectrometry conditions are selected, a chromatographic column is optimized, the composition and proportion of a mobile phase are determined, the flow velocity and the column temperature are optimized, and the detection sensitivity, the chromatographic peak and the chromatography-mass spectrometry are optimized. Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the invention has the advantages of wide coverage of substance types and high detection flux, can meet the detection of various steroid hormones in environmental samples, and ensures the effective recovery rate and repeatability of the samples to the greatest extent.
