The system comprises a cantilever beam type sensor and a monitor, the monitor is connected with the cantilever beam type sensor, the monitor and the cantilever beam type sensor are both fixed on the power transmission line, the cantilever beam type sensor is used for measuring the vibration frequency of the power transmission line in real time, and the monitor is used for calculating the tension of the power transmission line in real time according to the vibration frequency of the power transmission line; the monitor comprises a warning device, and the warning device is used for giving a warning when the tension of the power transmission line is larger than a preset value.
