The invention discloses an adjustable LNG ultra-low temperature hose saddle which comprises a bracket base. The saddle type sliding groove is located in the top of the bracket base, a position adjusting mechanism is arranged between the saddle type sliding groove and the bracket base, and an anti-abrasion assembly is arranged in the saddle type sliding groove; the counterweight device is located at the bottom of the bracket base and used for adjusting the overall weight of the bracket base and guaranteeing the stability of the saddle; the hose centering support is located on the rear side of the bracket base, extends into the saddle type sliding groove and is used for assisting in hose centering. The tightening system is located on the rear side of the frame base and used for assisting tightening of the hose; the anti-falling systems are located on the two sides of the bracket base and used for preventing the hose from rapidly falling and colliding with the structure when the hose is snapped; the adjustable L
