The problems that a shield or a cutterhead is prone to generating a locking effect, the stone strength is not high, and durability is poor exist in existing TBM stuck escape. According to the method, after a forward large pipe shed and a reverse large pipe shed are constructed in the direction of a collapse body and grouting is carried out, forward multi-sequence layer-by-layer grouting is carried out on an inner slag stacking body on the upper portion in a tunnel outline and an outer slag stacking body outside the tunnel outline by driving grouting anchor rods or guide pipes, and excavation and tunneling are carried out forwards while surrounding rock is reinforced and broken in advance; and the TBM shield is isolated through the arc-shaped pilot tunnel, and escape is completed. According to the method, on the premise that the safety of constructors is guaranteed and TBM equipment is not locked by the gr
