The using method comprises the following steps that the prefabricated hole is pre-buried in a building structure; a pump pipe penetrates through a pump pipe channel in the prefabricated hole; the air bag is arranged on the inner side of the supporting groove, the elastic supporting plate is clamped on the outer side of the supporting groove, and the elastic supporting plate makes contact with the pump pipe channel; the air bag is inflated, it is guaranteed that the air bag is tightly attached to the elastic supporting plate, and the prefabricated hole supports the pump pipe through the air bag and the elastic supporting plate in sequence; the pump pipe is dismantled after being used, and the air bag and the elastic supporting plate are dismantled; a plugging bottom plate is placed at the bottom of the pump pipe channel and the bottom of the supporting groove; and concrete is poured into the pump pipe channel and the supporting groove.
