The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking modified PA66 polymer slices as raw materials, drying, extruding and melting to obtain a main spinning melt, and by taking chinlon 6 slices as raw materials, drying, extruding and melting to obtain an auxiliary spinning melt; a main spinning melt and an auxiliary spinning melt respectively enter channels in a main box body and an auxiliary box body, are metered according to the volume ratio of (50-65): (50-35) and enter a spinning assembly, are subjected to eccentric skin-core compounding and spinning of the main melt and the auxiliary melt between a distribution plate and a spinneret plate of the spinning assembly, and then are subjected to side blowing cooling, monomer suction and discharge, oiling, pre-humidity-adjusting balance, drafting, hot plate shaping and winding
