The cold ramming paste comprises aggregate, an adhesive and an additive; the aggregate is selected from one or more of electrically calcined coal and graphite; the adhesive is selected from one or more of spring oil, medium-temperature pitch and modified pitch; the additive material is one or more of resin and coal tar; according to the sample testing method, after different samples are manufactured, the specific distribution of the aggregate granularity, the using amount of the adhesive and the adding ratio of graphite in the aggregate are sequentially subjected to experimental determination, and finally the optimal cold ramming paste component ratio is obtained. 本发明公开了一种铝电解槽整体筑炉用阴极冷捣糊的试验方法;冷捣糊的成分包括骨料、粘接剂和添加剂;骨料选用电煅煤和石墨中的一种或多种;粘接剂选用蕙油、中温沥青和改质沥青中的一种或多种;添加材料使用树脂和煤焦油中的一种或多种;其试样方法是通过制作不同试样后依次对骨料粒度的具体分布、粘接剂的用量及骨料中石墨的加入比进行实验测定,最终获得最优的冷捣糊组分比。
