Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a flat cast ingot of a 2219A aluminum alloy for spaceflight and a manufacturing method of the flat cast ingot, and relates to the field of aluminum alloy casting, in particular to the flat cast ingot of the 2219A aluminum alloy for spaceflight and the manufacturing method of the flat cast ingot. The invention aims to solve the problems of low conductivity, poor cutting performance and poor weldability of the flat ingot of the 2219A aluminum alloy for spaceflight manufactured by the existing method. The aluminum alloy is composed of, by weight, 5.8%-6.8% of Cu, 0.2%-0.4% of Mn, 0.05%-0.15% of V, 0.02%-0.1% of Ti, 0.1%-0.25% of Zr and the balance Al. The method comprises the following steps: weighing smelting raw materials; smelting the smelting raw materials according to the process sequence and the process temperature; preparing a casting melt according to a process; and casting the alloy melt through a filtering device to obtain the cast aluminum alloy.
