Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of bioinformatics and plant genetic breeding, and particularly discloses a sugarcane core SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) marker, a fingerprint spectrum and application of the sugarcane core SNP marker and the fingerprint spectrum. According to the sugarcane core SNP marker disclosed by the invention, sugarcane germplasm resources are taken as research objects, excellent marker sites of a whole genome are treated to form 44 core SNP markers, fingerprint detection of the sugarcane germplasm resources and varieties is realized by using core SNP marker combinations as few as possible, 243 sugarcane germplasm resources can be effectively distinguished from 248 sugarcane germplasm resources, and the sugarcane germplasm resources can be effectively distinguished from 248 sugarcane germplasm resources. The distinguishing capability is 98%, and the method can be used for variety identification of sugarcane. The method provides powerful technical support for sugarcane
