Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of biology, and discloses an RPA-CRISPR/Cas12a primer group, gRNA and a probe for detecting haemophilus parasuis, and the RPA-CRISPR/Cas12a primer group comprises an RPA primer group, a gRNA and a probe; the RPA primer group comprises an upstream primer as shown in SEQ ID NO.1 and a downstream primer as shown in SEQ ID NO.2; the sequence of the gRNA is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 3; the sequence of the probe is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 4; the end 5 and the end 3 of the probe are respectively a fluorophore and a quenching group. The method has the advantages of low detection limit and high detection accuracy. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a kit and a detection method of the haemophilus parasuis.
