Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the field of water-based adhesives, and particularly provides a water-based adhesive and a preparation method thereof. The water-based adhesive comprises a first polymer and a second polymer, and the first polymer can provide good adhesive capacity between the first polymer and the copper foil and cohesive capacity between the negative electrode active particles; and the second polymer can provide good pole piece flexibility. Therefore, through compounding of the two polymers, the aqueous adhesive provided by the invention has good adhesion to the pole piece, high cohesion and better flexibility, and realizes excellent comprehensive performance. 本申请涉及水性粘合剂领域，具体提供一种水性粘合剂及其制备方法。水性粘合剂，包含有第一聚合物和第二聚合物，第一聚合物可以提供与铜箔之间的良好附着能力，以及负极活性颗粒之间的内聚能力；第二聚合物可以提供良好的极片柔韧性。因此，本申请的水性粘合剂通过两种聚合物的复配，对极片的附着力好、内聚力高，而且柔软性更好，实现了优良的综合性能。
