Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of gilding films, in particular to a lens cold gilding film and a preparation method thereof.Vinyl ether groups are introduced into a photoinitiator 2-hydroxy-4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)-2-methyl propiophenone, so that the vinyl ether groups can be polymerized with other monomers or prepolymers; therefore, free radicals generated by the photoinitiator 2-hydroxy-4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)-2-methyl propiophenone can be prevented from being polymerized, and the storage stability of the homemade photoinitiator component is improved; secondly, the epoxy resin is modified by the polyurethane acrylate prepolymer containing hydroxyl, so that the modified epoxy resin contains the hydroxyl, and a self-made photoinitiator component with a vinyl ether group is added into the modified epoxy resin, so that the vinyl ether group can react with the hydroxyl to produce a stable hydroxyl protecting group; therefore, the curing time can be shortened, the curing rate is improved, and the shear stren
