The supramolecular fluorescent probe is prepared by taking cucurbit [8] uril and a guest G as raw materials; the specific method comprises the following steps: weighing an object G, and dissolving with water to prepare a solution A; weighing cucurbit [8] uril, and dissolving the cucurbit [8] uril with water to prepare a solution B; and mixing the solution A and the solution B, diluting, and fully shaking up to obtain the supermolecular fluorescent probe for selectively identifying norfloxacin.
