Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of functional material preparation, and discloses a preparation method of a nystatin adsorbent based on attapulgite. The preparation method comprises the following specific preparation steps: (1) pretreating attapulgite; (2) coating the surface of the pretreated attapulgite with a layer of dopamine; (3) modifying a layer of bromine initiator on dopamine; (4) preparing a surface imprinting adsorption material with a boron affinity effect by a free radical polymerization method; and (5) carrying out nystatin adsorption test on the material. The adsorption separation material obtained by the preparation method has excellent mass transfer kinetics performance and adsorption efficiency, is relatively low in cost and simple to prepare, has a specific adsorption effect on nystatin, and can be applied to purification of a nystatin crude product.
