The invention relates to a sound channel structure and electronic equipment. The sound channel structure comprises a loudspeaker; the position of the loudspeaker deviates from the center of the sound outlet hole; each sound transmission channel is provided with a sound inlet and a sound outlet which are opposite to each other; wherein the sound inlets of different sound transmission channels are respectively communicated with the sound cavity of the loudspeaker; the sound outlets of different sound transmission channels are communicated with different sound outlet areas of the sound outlet hole; and the sensitivity adjusting cavity is communicated with at least one sound transmission channel and is used for adjusting the sensitivity of the loudspeaker in a preset frequency band interval.
