The method comprises the steps of obtaining a forwarding operation for a target page of a third-party application; in response to the forwarding operation, generating a forwarding message of the target page; if the target page is the private page and the target page is forwarded for the first time, generating a sharing bill of the target page, and carrying the sharing bill in a forwarding message; sending a forwarding message to a receiver communication client; wherein when the forwarding message carries the sharing bill, it is indicated that the receiver corresponding to the receiver communication client has the permission to browse the target page, and when the forwarding message does not carry the sharing bill, it is indicated that the receiver corresponding to the receiver communication client does not have the permission to browse the target page. Therefore, the power consumption of the terminal equipment
