Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent household appliances, and discloses an auxiliary fat reduction method for a refrigerator, which comprises the following steps: determining fat and thin degree information of a user; determining a fat reduction intervention scheme according to the fat reduction degree information under the condition that the fat reduction degree information indicates that the user needs to reduce fat; and controlling the refrigerator to assist the user in fat reduction according to the fat reduction intervention scheme. The fat reduction intervention scheme is formulated based on the fat and thin program information of the user. And then the refrigerator is controlled to assist the user in fat reduction based on the fat reduction preset scheme. Therefore, the fat reduction intervention scheme is matched with the fat degree of the user, and the refrigerator is helped to assist the user in fat reduction based on the fat reduction intervention scheme.
