The invention relates to a sterile connector which comprises two connecting pieces, a pre-pressing clamping device and a locking device. The connecting piece comprises a connecting main body provided with a fluid channel, a sealing groove formed in one end of the connecting main body and coaxial with the fluid channel, a sealing ring arranged in the sealing groove, and a bacterium isolating film covering one end of the fluid channel and the sealing ring and capable of being removed; when the two connecting pieces are connected, one ends of the two connecting pieces are opposite and clamped through the pre-pressing clamping device, pre-pressing force is applied to the sealing ring for pre-pressing, and after the bacteria isolation film is removed and the two fluid channels are communicated, the two connecting bodies are locked through the locking device, and pressing force is applied to the sealing ring for pressing to improve the sealing performance.
