The invention relates to polyarylester ether ketone resin and a preparation method thereof, and the polyarylester ether ketone resin is prepared by the following steps: reacting hydroquinone salt with aromatic dicarbonyl chloride to obtain a polyarylester chain segment, and introducing the polyarylester chain segment into a polyarylester molecular chain; the hydroquinone salt is firstly synthesized, so that water is not introduced and not generated in the whole reaction process, and side reaction of a system and hydroquinone oxidation are reduced, so that the polymerization rate is increased, and the color quality of a polymer is improved; meanwhile, a polyarylester chain segment is introduced, so that the polymer has higher glass transition temperature and heat resistance and has excellent solubility and processability, the compatibility of the polyether-ether-ketone and other polyarylester materials is improved, and the application field of the existing polyether-ether-ketone resin is widened. 本发明涉及一种聚芳酯醚酮树
